E-Landscape has begun work, for Bozzuto Group, to install landscaping for new construction the company is completing as part of an expansion of the Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole complex. The new building will feature 208 apartment homes located steps from Annapolis Towne Centre's premium mix of retailers, restaurants and services.

E-Landscape recently completed work on a design-build project at the Johnson Towers Senior Living Community in Washington, DC. Johnson Towers is an independent living community that includes housing for 55+, home ownership in retirement communities, and senior apartment rentals. They provide safe and easy-maintenance living for seniors who can still live independently, and enjoy engaging in social activities with other seniors.

This summer will see the team at E-Landscape spending quite a bit of time in Arlington, Virginia as we complete the landscape installation for Buchanan Gardens. Our work is part of a major, $32 million renovation by the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) of this 111-unit, 100% affordable housing community in the Columbia Pike corridor.
