Recently, E-landscape began work on landscape installation at the new $23 million project Chapel Springs Apartments. Chapel Springs is a four-story L shaped, garden style apartment complex that consists of 127 mutlifamily rental units designed specifically for seniors aged 62 years and older.
Here at E-Landscape, we are gearing up for July and will be wrapping up some projects and rolling up our sleeves for some new ones. Our work at the Elkton Senior Apartments is coming to a close and the crews are working over the weekend to finalize landscape plantings and the permeable paver patio, with site inspections scheduled for this week. Modular permeable pavement is really picking up steam, and we will be looking to complete two commercial permeable paver jobs in July totaling about 9000 SF in all.
